Culture is now on the brink of survival.
President Vladimir Zelensky signed a law that regulates the support to culture in the framework of coronaries, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to the Correspondent.
“Creative industries and cultural institutions are among those most affected by the quarantine. After all, their activity stopped almost completely, and they now live in complete uncertainty. This whole sectors of the economy that are now on the brink of survival. They also pay taxes and give people jobs, therefore, require no less support than a traditional business.
To these industries were able to survive, and their employees had social and economic guarantees, signed the law on state support in the sphere of culture, creative industries, tourism, small and medium business in connection with the restrictive measures related to the spread of coronavirus disease,” — said in the message.
The President added that the state level is determined not only by economy, and culture of the nation.
