Ukraine is not providing distance education.
Ukraine is not technically ready to start the new academic year 2020/2021 in September, the schools were held in remote form. This was stated by President Vladimir Zelensky during a trip to the Volyn region, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to the Correspondent.
“I can’t tell yet (only ed.). If we talk about September, I think that, technically, we’re not ready yet. For distance learning you need to have 3G and 4G were all over the country,” he said.
The President added that the format would depend on the situation of the coronavirus, which is not always predictable and controllable.
According to him, while in Ukraine there is a second wave of disease.
“We believe that there will be a second wave and so the children can learn in a normal social environment and to communicate effectively,” said Zelensky.
