Sunday came into force the relevant law
In Ukraine from Sunday, July 5, allowed for the military vaccine without registration and banned the export of donor blood. Today entered into force a law, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to RBC.
Yesterday the document was published in the edition “Voice of Ukraine” and entered into force on the day following the date of publication.
The law simplified the existing procedure for registration of medicines, which stipulates that they can only register after the exhaustion of the term of patent protection the original drug.
The document provides:
- permission to import the vaccine for military and civilian personnel of the Ukrainian peacekeeping missions abroad without registration;
- simplification of importation of narcotic and psychotropic medicines needed by seriously ill;
- ban the export of a strategic resource of donor blood and its components.
Note that the export is permitted in the case when the government decides on the provision of humanitarian assistance to other countries, or if our health facilities fully supplied with plasma and donor blood.
We will remind, Rada on 2 June approved the relevant draft law No. 2429 second reading, voted for 332 MP.
