In addition, the summer should drink as much water as possible, even if you don’t want. “If in a normal day I drink 1.5-2 liters of fluid, the heat rate can be enhanced to at least a third,” — said the expert.
At the same time, alcohol is absolutely contraindicated. Because in the summer the organism is already suffering from a lack of fluids, as alcohol increases dehydration.
In the heat it is important to cool, because when the body temperature rises, sweat almost ceases to evaporate, which can result in heat stroke. In heat stroke the person begins to darken in the eyes, there is dizziness and nausea. In heat stroke it is better to call an ambulance.
