ASUS will introduce noise-canceling technology for gaming and work


The world’s first USB-C at 3.5 mm with built-in Mic AI technology.

ASUS has announced a new AI technology, the noise cancelling microphone (Mic AI), which eliminates unwanted background noise for clear voice communication during work or play. The new technology uses machine learning based on chipset to filter and remove other human voices and ambient sounds such as wind or traffic noise. This new technology is now available on the adapter for microphone ASUS AI noise canceling headphones and the latest ROG, Chronicle with reference to Comments.

Adapter ASUS AI noise canceling microphone is the world’s first USB-C at 3.5 mm with built-in Mic AI technology. It connects to any headset through a 3.5 mm audio Jack, to provide users with crystal clear voice communication. Built-in chipset does all the sound processing, so the adapter does not affect the performance of the mobile device, a PC or laptop to which it is connected. Weighing only 8 grams, microphone adapter AI noise cancelling includes exclusive technology ASUS Hyper-Grounding to prevent electromagnetic interference for noise free sound. In some markets it is available with adapter USB Type-C to Type-A.

In addition to adapter, ASUS unveiled three new headsets that use AI noise reduction technology: the ROG Strix Go, ROG Strix and ROG Go 2.4 Theta 7.1. Device ROG Strix Go (USB-C) is a lightweight, foldable gaming headset, compatible with most gadgets, PCs, Macs, game consoles (e.g., Nintendo Switch in manual mode and Sony’s PlayStation 4).

ROG Strix wireless headphones operate on 2.4 Go to 2.4 GHz radio, and a built in 3.5 mm Jack allows you to connect to Microsoft Xbox One and other devices. Quick charge function provides up to three hours of usage after only 15 minutes of charging, time of use the headset, when fully charged, up to 25 hours.
